Two ways in, and they are not the same deal
One is automatic and open to every account. The other is negotiated, pays on repeat business, and has to be applied for.

The 7% is calculated on the discounted price, so on a $149 account it comes to $9.91. It is paid once per person you bring, not on anything they buy afterwards.

Commission on every purchase made by anyone who came through your code, including the ones they make months later. Rates and the discount your audience gets are set individually, in writing, before the code goes live.

Referral commission is 7% of the discounted final price, paid once, on each referred customer’s first purchase. It is booked as pending until an admin approves it, and it is reversed if the purchase is refunded. This is an estimate for one plan, not a forecast of income.
From their checkout to your withdrawal
Four states, in order. A commission is not spendable until it has been through all of them.
Purchase recorded
Someone buys using your code. Your commission is created immediately and marked pending.
Reviewed
An admin approves or rejects it. Nothing moves until this happens.
Into your wallet
Approved commission lands in your referral wallet, separate from your trading balance.
Withdrawn
Request a payout from the wallet whenever you want to take it out.
If the purchase is refunded, the commission is reversed — including after it has been approved. Pending and reversed amounts are shown separately from your balance in the dashboard, so what you see as available is what you can actually withdraw.
